Most entrepreneurs will say that starting a new business can be an exciting and dramatic process in California. This is why many people who are not necessarily planning on their own entrepreneurial ventures are still interested in learning about entrepreneurs. One business startup, a media company, had recognized this and is now bringing the stories of entrepreneurs to a television audience.
The new company, Start Up Television Project LLC, is now producing a television show titled "Start Up" that appears to be a hit with audiences. The television series profiles entrepreneurs and their ventures into starting new companies and ventures. Now, more than 1.2 million people watch each episode in order to catch a glimpse into the lives of entrepreneurs.
The new company began as a joint venture between two separate media companies that have now joined forces by sharing an expanded office space, which will allow the two media companies to continue their work on "Start Up" in a more efficient manner. The two media companies will also continue to create separate media content. However, since both of media companies see the "Start Up" television series as their flagship project, both companies agreed it would be a strategic advantage to both companies to work out of the same office space.
This case illustrates how it can be advantageous to team up with others when starting a new business startup. However, like any new venture in California, it is important to take care of the legal aspects of starting a new business entity. Compliance with applicable rules and regulations will help to avoid future potential legal disputes and issues.
